Woman injured in Stoke Park dog attack

A WOMAN was injured when she was bitten by a dog in Stoke Park.

Police today released a picture (above) of a man they are trying to identify in connection with the incident, which happened on September 30 between 12.30pm and 1pm.

Officers say the man “may have information to aid our investigation into the incident”.

He is described as being around 6ft tall, slim and in his mid to late-50s.

At the time of the incident he was wearing blue jeans, a blue hoody, black body warmer and a beanie hat.

A police spokesperson said the victim was with her family in Stoke Park when a large dog bit her.

The owner collected the dog and left before officers arrived.

The spokesperson added: “She sustained minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment, but she is understandably shaken.”
